Part time/ Ad Hoc Receptionist (private banks)

Responsibilities:
- Screen and receive visitors and guests
- Maintenance of all meeting rooms and meeting room bookings
- Handle telephone calls professionally, routing calls to appropriate staff
- Send registered mails; purchase stamps when necessary
- Maintain office equipment (e.g. Phone systems, photocopiers, scanner
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotel, visa application, transport)
- Adhoc administrative tasks
Requirements
· Experience in similar field needed
