The Role
Strong growth sees the need to expand our team with highly motivated Customer Service Operators to provide exceptional quality focused customer service to a rapidly growing customer base. Our roles offer excellent flexibility – perfect for university students to work around study commitments, with the ability to pick up additional shifts as required! We ideally look for a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week but can be flexible for the right candidates!
Bring your passion for customer service by servicing inbound enquiries over the phone, follow-up activity processing and supporting with other administrative tasks! Our Customer Service Operator position provides the perfect blend of servicing inbound customer enquiries, administration and data processing work requirements! A range of varied shifts on offer to provide maximum work-life balance with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts during busy periods!

  • Strong ability to organise, prioritise and monitor workloads to meet deadlines
  • Ability to efficiently manage and process orders over the phone and complete data entry activities of various customer information

  • Ability to interact customers and staff in a professional manner
