This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert who takes and creates ownership of the global competence development of our Service Division. Generate a learning syllabus using alternative sources of material including knowledge sharing & experience. Support initiatives for competence sharing to support our service colleagues in development and having a hands-on approach.

Why to have this position?
You are the ambassador for ADH and vision system for service division globally. Your mission is to ensure that knowledge is integrated and transferred to all customer centers / Technicians to ensure we have the most competent people in the field to provide product services and customer satisfaction.
Your mission will become the connection point between R&D, Product Management and Service to provide technical competence activities for our customer centers. This will be driven by you through alignment activities, creation of training material, orchestrating training sessions to include global product strategies and local knowledge developments for all customer centers.
This will happen in cooperation with our R&D and Product Managers but also with the Service Business Line Managers and Operation Managers in the different countries using all modern training methods, consolidating the Master Trainer Network. As with many products centric companies’ revision and adaptations will a major focus and you will be responsible to keep the information up to date with the latest technical support documentation and competence development.
In this position you will report to the Manager Global Installation and Commissioning GICS for the time being where there is a clear plan to move this reporting line to the Global Training Manager.
Main responsibilites:
- Support the competence development globally for ADH and integrated Vision systems
- Support the development and creation of training materials in accordance with the World Class Trainings Service standards in cooperation with the R&D department, Product Manager, customer center, user and the Global Competence Development Team.
- Preparation of trading material for our Service technicians in the CC
- Multiply competence by performing Service trainings for our Technicians in customer centers globally. (Virtually and Classroom)
- Continuous update of the assigned topics by active communication with appropriate Product Company.
- Provide technical advice and coordination for key projects worldwide.
- Support Engineers in the CC and local trainers in relation to technical support and development
- Perform competence development activities in cooperation with Global Competence Development Team.
- Create / record and develop from individual assessments related to competence requirements / Gaps
- Ensure safe working materials and methods are adapted and training provided to support safe working practices.
Experience requirements:
- You are proud of being an expert with profound knowledge of the product.
- You have solid technical background and knowledge of ADH and Quiss systems and solutions, as well as good understanding of customer center’s service activities and technical standards and customers’ requirements.
- You enjoy communicating to people cross all levels in the organization, with excellent presentation skills, you have experience in coordination of training for rolling out products, you love to spread your knowledge and experience to others and see them grow.
- You have strong technical education background, with good command of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), speak and write fluently in English.
- You have a global willingness to travel.
