Accounts Secretary [United Arab Emirates]


 

Job Description:

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create and update expense reports.
  • Process reimbursement forms
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Should be able to handle other administrative roles in office.
  • Secretarial support to managment.

Requirements:

  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant & admistration job.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures & finance regulations
  • BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
  • Female candidates only.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
