Job Description:
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports.
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Review and file payroll documents
- Should be able to handle other administrative roles in office.
- Secretarial support to managment.
Requirements:
- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant & admistration job.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures & finance regulations
- BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Female candidates only.
