General Manager [Indonesia]

 

A Boutique Style Resort in Jimbaran, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic General Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of all departments operations

• Oversee and manage day to day operations of the hotel
• Screen, hire and lead the management team to achieve company’s goals
• Set long and short term goals for each department and create a clear plan together with HODs to achieve them
• Implement sales & marketing strategies
• Create procedures and systems to achieve highest level of efficiency and productivity
• Forecast and manage company's finance matters
• Implement standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven work experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Diploma in Hotel Management
• Understand P&L, budgeting and costing as well as sales and marketing strategies
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, etc)
• Strong analytical ability
• Great attitude, out-going and seek to learn and grow
• Outstanding leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a resource constrained environment with a strong focus on cost efficiency and resourcefulness
• Well groomed and professional appearance
• Quick thinking and great problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp30,000,000 - Rp45,000,000 per month
