Job Responsibilities:
1. Hiring, training & leading a team of riders.
2. Maintaining records of proof of daily deliveries.
3. Overseeing inventory management in the absence of Packing In-charge. Weekly
stock audits and sorting any inventory issues at the hub.
4. Determine staffing levels and assign workload to Riders and Order Packers.
5. Cash handling & bank deposits.
6. Daily reporting to Hub In-charge & Head Quarters.
7. To undertake other duties which may arise or may be delegated from time to
time.
Requirement:
- Individual must have 1+ years’ experience in a reputable 3PL company (TCS,
- Leopard, Trax, Blue Ex or others) at a similar position.
- Experience leading a team of 10+ people.
- Good literacy & numeracy skills.
- Microsoft Office skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
