We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Domain Architect to join our IT organization as a key member of the Engineering Tools team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operations, security, and optimization of systems utilized by engineering colleagues worldwide. Your primary focus will be on product data management and product lifecycle management processes. As a Business Domain Architect, you will play a critical role in aligning our solutions with our clients' needs, driving innovation, and facilitating successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand and gather requirements for product data management and product lifecycle management processes.
- Architect and design comprehensive solutions that meet the technical and business needs of the organization while aligning with industry best practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with the overall IT architecture.
- Define and document architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices for engineering tools and product lifecycle management.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency, security, and usability.
Qualifications:.
- Proven experience in architecture and design roles, with a focus on engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, systems integration, and software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and drive successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
