We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: Wealth & Personal Banking IT
Principal responsibilities
. Act as an agile lead & scrum master in China to success Digital investment solutions roll-out in multiple regions for both Browser and Mobile journey.
. Ensure Agile practices adoption for multiple teams to better support delivery and business.
. Ensure delivery schedule and high standard quality are achieved.
. Introduce and ensure industry best practices are implemented within the team.
. Manage risk and escalate in time to remove blocker for the team.
. Coordinate and connect with vary teams to fit into the Scrum of scrum deliveries.
. Seek ways to improve the productivity of the team.
. Work with business analysis, to make sure the user story is created in time with enough details.
. Work with development team, to make sure the functional requirement is handled correctly
. Work with testing team, to make sure the acceptance criteria fully covered functional requirements
. Ensure the LPM requirements are implemented and followed in the team.
. Align with DevOps and Agile delivery approach, tooling and practices adoption
. Follow the delivery control guideline required by HSBC
. Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met
. Facilitate product lifecycle management, business requirements and architecture
. Support project manager and programme manager to meet the timeline and financial goals
Requirements
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
. Fluent English communication is mandate
. Strong domain knowledge on Wealth View Digital and Mobile related products
. Strong knowledge on Agile and Scrum
. Proactive on-going learner
. Proven leadership/coordination skills to work with business, development team and testing team.
. Proven scrum master experience on Digital and ESG domain.
. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
. Experience in Global Private Banking IT and in Wealth analytic and ESG domain is a plus
. Certifications on Agile / Scrum related areas are preferred.
