What will you do within our organization?
Due to the strong growth of our organization, we are looking for a Credit Controller. As a Credit Controller you independently and proactively manage the debtor portfolio of HQ Pack BV and/or a number of our subsidiaries. You are responsible for the timely and efficient collection of receivables from our customers.
Your duties as a Credit Controller include:
- Ensuring the lowest possible Days sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Building a personal relationship with customers so that payments are made on time and in accordance with the agreements
- Reminding customers, make payment arrangements and, if necessary, engage the bailiff or a collection agency
- Checking and monitoring credit limits and the creditworthiness of customers
- Making reports and analyses
- Managing general ledger accounts, process debtor invoices, check payments and prepare account statements
Internally you have close contact with the Sales and Purchasing departments. Externally you maintain your contacts with banks, accountant and bailiff / collection agency.
What do we ask?
To succeed in this position you possess:
- HBO working and thinking level with a completed education in Business Economics
- Experience in a comparable role within the manufacturing or high-tech industry is an advantage
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
- Knowledge and experience with the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Knowledge of ERP system ISAH or similar
- Knowledge and experience with credit tools, such as Credit Device and/or TKB

Our group of companies employs over 1100 people spread over 7 locations. HQ Pack's head office is located in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. In addition, we have a branch office in Malaysia, Singapore and two branches in the USA. Within HQ Pack Group we also have a specialized company in the field of plastics machining (HQ Plastics), cleaning (HQ Precision Cleaning) and in the field of wood working (Seerden).
